This experience is a half day 9.30am – 2.30pm class.
We have tweaked our Smoke Fire class created specifically for Engel fire owners or anyone thinking about purchasing one – it is also ideal for anyone wanting to deepen their knowledge of cooking over flame.
Learn how to get the best out of an Engel firel through – wood use, various cooking techniques and methods, temperature control.
- Saturday 21st Feb – 9:30am – 2:30pm
- Led by Chef Mike Van de Elzen.
- Tea and coffee on arrival.
- Tour of our kitchen garden.
- Enjoy a shared lunch of various dishes cooked on the Engel fire.
- Finish the day feeling confident cooking with fire
There is an opportunity to purchase and enjoy some local craft beers, wines and homemade sodas during lunch.
Throughout the day you are encouraged to ask lots of questions so that you leave confident, knowing how to cook with your Engel Fire.
