Delicious and perfect for a winter dinner for the whole family.
The cooking time is short so use a tender cut of lamb as suggested below.

Lamb has come down a lot in price over the years so its an affordable dish full of flavour!

You can finish the dish by adding some blanched green beans for some added flavour!
Serves 2 to 3

  • 300gm of cubed lamb shoulder or leg
  • 2 Tbsn of olive oil
  • Large onion
  • 6 rashers of bacon
  • 250gm new potatoes halved
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
